Meet the Chef

Saigon Snow is led by Chef Hung Huynh, winner of Bravo’s Top Chef Season 3. Of Vietnamese heritage, Chef Hung brings both personal roots and professional mastery to the table. His career spans award-winning kitchens, and with this project, he brings his expertise full circle—celebrating the flavors of Southeast Asia with creativity, authenticity, and a modern touch.
